Dishwasher (Full-time, alternating shifts: 8:00 am - 4:30pm and Noon - 8:30pm) - Responsible for ensuring sanitary maintenance of dish room/food service area; set up, operation and cleaning of dish machine. Cleans/sanitizes dishware, pots, pans, and equipment. Sweeps/mops floors, removes food items to/from main kitchen area. Assists in storage of received goods; other duties, as assigned.

Required: Every other weekend and holiday, required.
